All product information, including specifications, packaging, and pricing, is provided for informational purposes. Specifications may vary based on season, availability, and buyer requirements. Final specifications are confirmed in the proforma invoice.
Quotations and Orders
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed upon issuance of a proforma invoice and receipt of agreed payment. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions and availability.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon at order confirmation. We accept advance wire transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C at sight), and documentary collection. Payment must be received before shipment unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms (Incoterms) are specified in the proforma invoice. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping lines, customs, or other third parties. Estimated transit times are provided as guidance only.
Quality Claims
Any quality claims must be reported within 48 hours of container arrival with photographic evidence. We will work with buyers to resolve legitimate claims through replacement, discount, or credit as appropriate.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Green Agro Sourcing and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Green Agro Sourcing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
